About

A studio for companies whose brand lags behind their product.

Brand Systems Studio builds brand and communication systems for B2B technology, industrial, aerospace and deep-tech companies. Serious products become brands that customers, investors and procurement trust at first contact. Strategy, identity, presentations, collateral and premium web — designed together, delivered as one documented system your team can run. Six services. Five published packages with honest price ranges (USD 20k–200k). One decision layer everything inherits.

How we think

Built around the business.

Most complex B2B companies look weaker on paper than they are in reality. We close that gap — turning positioning, messaging and identity into a system a technical evaluator, an investor and a partner all trust.

We interview the engineers, read the datasheets, and structure the story from how the product actually works. The studio carries experience across aerospace, UAV and technical-product programs — work for companies like FIXAR, Atlas Aerospace and VIC TEC. The systems hold up in rooms full of engineers. That background also shapes what we refuse to do: no invented metrics, no borrowed logos, no claims the product cannot carry. Credibility with a technical buying committee is earned in the details and lost in a single overclaim. The system is built to survive scrutiny from the people who know the product best.

What we stand for

Three principles.

Business first

Every engagement starts with what the company sells and who has to believe it. The aesthetics inherit the strategy, never the reverse.

Clarity over spectacle

Design exists to make the company legible — never to bury it in creative-agency theater.

Honest by default

No invented projects, metrics or testimonials. Concept work is always labelled as such. Published deliverables, honest price ranges.

Capabilities

One system, four disciplines.

Strategy & positioning

Positioning, messaging architecture and brand narrative — decisions, documented.

Identity & brand books

Visual identity designed as a system, with guidelines and working templates.

Decks & collateral

Investor, sales and exhibition materials built from one visual language.

Premium B2B web

Websites as the digital expression of the brand system, built for buying committees.

How we work

Published packages, built for handover.

We publish what we sell: five packages, each with its deliverable list and an honest price range. They run from a focused investor collateral system to a full brand-and-website program. No discovery-call theater before you know what an engagement looks like. The scope conversation starts from a published baseline and adjusts to your stakeholders, timeline and markets.

Every engagement moves through the same five stages — Diagnose, Position, Structure, Design, Systemize — with named milestones agreed at scoping. Strategy decisions are documented before design begins. The identity, the decks and the website all inherit the same positioning instead of reinventing it. That discipline is what makes the work coherent: the tenth asset argues the same case as the first.

A typical engagement, whatever the package, hands over with the following working set. These are the assets a marketing team actually uses week to week:

  • Positioning statement and messaging architecture, documented
  • Visual identity with a working brand book and guidelines
  • Presentation masters and a component library your team extends
  • Collateral templates — one-pagers, product sheets, exhibition assets
  • Implementation direction for web and ongoing production

And we build for handover. Every system ships with brand books, templates and guidelines scoped so your marketing and sales teams run it without us — a system your company draws on for years rather than a redesign that dates in a quarter. When new hires, new vendors or new markets arrive, the system absorbs them; the brand stays coherent without us in the room.

Let's build the brand your product deserves.
